At HydroFlow™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your HydroFlow™ Core Vest or HydroFlow™ Core 2L Hydration Bladder, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, hydration bladders that have been used or filled with liquid are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your bank
